BIP Rising Voices: Emerging Scholars Forum

The University of Duisburg-Essen invites Master’s and PhD students from across the Aurora Alliance to join Rising Voices: Emerging Scholars Forum, an international Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) designed to foster interdisciplinary exchange, strengthen research communication skills, and support the next generation of scholars.

What does it take to become a confident researcher in an increasingly interconnected academic world? The Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) “Rising Voices: Emerging Scholars Forum” invites Master’s and PhD students from across the Aurora Alliance to strengthen their research voice, connect across disciplines, and develop essential academic communication skills.

This one-week international programme brings together 20 selected emerging scholars for an intensive experience of collaboration, exchange, and professional development. Through interactive workshops, interdisciplinary discussions, networking opportunities, and a 3-Minute Thesis (3MT) competition, participants will learn how to communicate their research effectively, engage with diverse academic perspectives, and build international connections.
