What do we want?

Our aim is to make decisions in the Senate more transparent for all employees and to help lead our university successfully into the future.

In concrete terms, this means

• We will gather the expertise of the many colleagues in general staff and regularly contribute it to the debate.
• We will delegate colleagues to the Senate working groups who are familiar with the subject area and can contribute on an equal footing.
• We will work to ensure that protocols (with the exception of personal data) are made openly accessible and that information is available without barriers.
• We will regularly offer open information events to give all interested parties the opportunity to obtain information, help shape the process and provide feedback.
• In cooperation with all other university committees, we will utilise the opportunities and work to ensure that our university remains an attractive place to work and continues to develop positively.
