Erasmus+ International

The Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Programme provides universities with the opportunity to enter into partnerships within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, beyond the programme countries, with so-called partner countries. This gives the university the opportunity to enable even more students and teachers to be mobile abroad, also outside Europe.

The Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Partnerships can change in each period and are always entered into for a limited time only. The number of places is also limited. In principle, an application is open to all regular degree students at the University of Innsbruck and all students at the current partner universities. As a rule, these are all-university agreements and therefore, for the most part, applications are possible regardless of the degree level (BA, MA, PhD, Diploma) or subject. In certain cases, however, there are restrictions. Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility students are exempt from tuition fees and receive a monthly allowance during their stay abroad.

In the academic years 2019/20 - 2024/25, there is an option to study or teach in Israel at the following host universities:

All calls for applications and information can be found on the website of AIANI (Austria-Israel Academic Network Innsbruck). Applications for places should also be sent directly to AIANI.
