Together with our supporters, we promote promising projects by young talents and increase the quality of research, teaching and third mission: we build bridges to the future.

The Förderkreis 1669 was founded in 2015. The objective: to provide uncomplicated start-up funding for promising projects by young talents and to support infrastructural and personnel projects in favour of improving the quality of research, teaching and third mission issues. Between 2015 and 2024, around EUR 3.7 million in donations were collected from 209 individual supporters and 111 corporate partners. These supporters are helping to build bridges to the future. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts.

What we do: This is how we build bridges to the future.
