Abstract submission

Abstract submission and participant regitration have closed. Late poster submissions are not accepted anymore.

Registration

The registration fee for regular and student participants includes access to all scientific sessions, catering at the conference venue, participation in the welcome reception, attendance at the conference dinner, and participation in the excursion.

The fee for accompanying persons includes participation in the welcome reception, attendance at the conference dinner, and participation in the excursion only.

If you plan to attend the Technical Symposium on Monday morning, August 3, please indicate this during registration.

Registration and payment must be completed electronically; on-site registration will not be available.

Cancellation/withdrawal policy

There will be no refunds for cancellations/withdrawals received after 15 July 2026.
For cancellation notices received before 15 July 2026, 100% of the payment received will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued after this date.
