Beautiful hike to a traditional mountain hut
Possibly the most popular hike in Innsbruck and for good reason - this is a lovely little hike.
It takes you to a traditional mountain hut - the Arzler Alm (at 1.067 m). The hut offers great regional food and nice spots to relax and enjoy the view.
The hut can be reached by following a good jeep track or by taking a slightly steeper but much more enjoyable hiking trail. For the trail, bring sneakers with good shoe profile as there are small rocks and roots on the trail.
And no worries, you won’t get lost: an experienced hiker from our team will take you to the hut.

How to get there
Option 1: easy hike
Start the hike at Hungerburg (above Innsbruck)
Short bus ride (ticket included in your Welcome Card which you will get for free from your hotel or Airbnb host) from the centre of Innsbruck to the district Hungerburg (860 m).
Alternatively, scenic ride with the Hungerburg funicular from Innsbruck Congress to the district Hungerburg: return ticket € 12.20
