The Innsbruck Airport is best reached via stopovers at larger airports such as Vienna and Frankfurt am Main. However, flights are relatively expensive and infrequent. In general, we recommend that conference participants use the airport in Munich (Germany), which is 2 hours away by train or car.
There is a shuttle service from Four Seasons Travel which will pick you up from Munich airport and take you to the hotel in Innsbruck or back to the airport at an affordable price (approx. 100 EUR).
To get from Innsbruck airport to the city centre and the conference venue, you can take the Bus F to the Klinik/Universität stop and then take lines 2, 3 or K (approx. 3 EUR, single tickets include one change). To get to the conference venue (Karl-Rahner-Platz 3), get off at the Landesmuseum stop. The journey should take about 20-25 minutes.
