Registration & Deregistration
You would like to report the continuation of your studies for the upcoming semester?
You must report the continuation of your studies every semester within the general admission period or the period of grace. The continuation is reported by payment of the ÖH-fee and possibly a tuition fee. The registration of the continuation of studies is only effective once the full amount has been received. Please check your payment and don’t forget to prolong your student card at the servicepoint.
Information on the tuition fee
If you study at several universities at the same time,
- you have to report the continuation of your studies at each university. You are only registered automatically at the university at which you pay your tuition fee. If you have not paid your tuition fee at the University of Innsbruck, but want to continue your studies there, you have to report this at the responsible unit of the Admission Department.
- which demand different amounts of tuition fees, you have to pay the higher amount for a registration of the continuation of the studies to be accepted.
Your admission to a study programme is automatically annulled (annulment of the admission to degree programmes) if your tuition fee is not paid in full and in time. Should you not have been admitted to the University of Innsbruck, you have to apply for admission first.
Please contact the Admission Department for further information.
You want to take up an additional study programme? Students who have already been admitted to the University of Innsbruck, can select their programme from the study programmes offeredand start their online application for an additional study programme there. Already available data and documents need not be uploaded again. Personal registration is also no longer required. The Admission Department reserves the right to demand further documents or to ask the students to come to the Admission Department in person. Taking up of an additional study programme is possible during the admission period.
Should you want to change or close your study programme, please file an application for closure of the study programme via LFU:online or send an online application for your new study programme resp.
