Enhancing the voice of science on Wikipedia

How universities can collaborate with the online encyclopedia in science communication

9–11 April 2024, University of Innsbruck, Austria

The upcoming conference on "Enhancing the Voice of Science on Wikipedia" focuses on the collaboration between universities and the online encyclopedia to advance science communication. Participants will explore strategies to contribute to Wikimedia projects, addressing challenges and opportunities. By highlighting examples and fostering partnerships, the conference aims to help strengthen the contribution of universities to Wikipedia. It has been organized in the framework of the EUPRIO Mobility Programme.
