Joint library of the music training university institutions in Innsbruck:

• University of Innsbruck / Institute for Musicology
• University Mozarteum Salzburg / Department of Music Education Innsbruck
• Tyrol State Conservatory

Holdings:

• Approx. 120,000 books and sheet music
• more than 10,000 CDs and approx. 15,000 other audio carriers
• In addition to approx. 600 shelf metres in the reading room, the library also has a stacks area.

• The music library is an open access library. As a rule, the holdings can be borrowed on the spot via Library card.
• Reference works, encyclopaedias, manuals and periodicals are not available for loan.
• Until the final integration of the data holdings of the Mozarteum University Salzburg and the Tyrolean State Conservatory, there may be difficulties and irregularities in research and lending.
