Brief description:

In Innsbruck, the CAMPAGNE area in Reichenau is being completely redeveloped with around 84,000 square metres of land. Plans include 1,100 flats (of which around 800 are subsidised) on 4 building plots, several sports fields and sports facilities, a clubhouse (ASKÖ) and generous green and open spaces. As part of the implementation project, a best-practice example for the creation of sustainable and affordable living space to passive house standard is to be created. The focus is on optimising the building envelopes as well as intelligent urban planning and supply and disposal structures in the smart city area. This can build on and build on the experience and structures from the "EU-FP7-Sinfonia" programme and the partners' previous projects. The aim is the long-term sustainable neighbourhood development of the area into a "Zero Emission Urban Region" and its integration into the Energy Strategy Tyrol 2050.

Objectives:

The CAMPAGNE site is to become a best-practice example for the creation of sustainable and affordable living space to passive house standards. Among other things, sustainable energy, supply and disposal and mobility concepts are to be developed for this purpose. A further aim is to increase the cost efficiency of planning, construction and operation, to develop cost-effective and highly efficient "drawer solutions" for construction measures to the passive house standard and to optimise the buildings and their orientation and layout through simulation.
