The PromptLab project, financed through the Innovation Fund for Digitalisation provided by the Vice-Rectorate for Digitalisation and Sustainability,
- promotes digitalisation in teaching at the University of Innsbruck;
- investigates and documents which prompting techniques are most effective for solving subject-specific tasks;
- analyses when and how the use of LLMs (Large Language Models) can meaningfully support subject-specific learning;
- strengthens students’ ability to critically analyse and reflect on LLM outputs;
- develops courses and teaching materials to foster these skills in teaching and learning;
- raises awareness of the need for a privacy-compliant and ethically responsible use of LLMs.
