The project Prompt Lab – funded by the Digitisation Innovation Fund – promotes digitalization in teaching at the University of Innsbruck:

• It investigates and documents which prompting techniques are most effective for solving subject-specific tasks.
• It analyses when and how the use of LLMs can meaningfully support subject-specific learning.
• It strengthens students’ ability to critically analyse and reflect on LLM outputs.
• It develops courses and teaching materials to foster these skills in teaching and learning.
• It raises awareness of the need for a privacy-compliant and ethically responsible use of LLMs.
