WISSENSwert

Since 2009, the University of Innsbruck has been summarising topics from "Wissen heute" and the "Unizeitung" under the title "wissenswert".
It provides information on the achievements and findings of academics and reports on interesting aspects of the University of Innsbruck.
"wissenswert" is enclosed with the Tiroler Tageszeitung.
With the support of the Office for Public Relations, the HILUC-Team was able to present itself and its project with initial results and the field work.

ÖBG Jahrestagung 2023

On Friday, 29th September 2023 the Annual Meeting of the Austrian Soil Science Society 2023 was held in Vienna. The HILUC team was represented by Roman Schrott with the poster Quantification of the impact of historical litter raking on forest soils and runoff generation in Tyrol – concept, sites and methods on the topic Soil Information Systems and (Digital) Soil Mapping.

ÖAW Symposium on Earth System Sciences 2023

The HILUC project from the ESS Call 2021 of the Austrian Academy of Sciences took part in the ÖAW Symposium Earth System Sciences in Vienna on 1 June 2023. Represented by Clemens Geitner, the project leader, a poster on the project concept HILUC (Hydrological Impact of Historical Land Use and Climate) was presented.
