Rene Schwaiger is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Banking and Finance at the University of Innsbruck. His research focuses on experimental environmental and behavioral economics, in which he also applies metascientific methods. He analyzes how individuals and groups make environmental decisions.

About
Rene Schwaiger studied management and economics and then completed a master's degree in banking and finance at the University of Innsbruck. In 2021, he earned his doctorate in economics with a thesis on cognitive biases and social preferences. Since then, he has been working as a senior lecturer and postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Banking and Finance and is the scientific coordinator of the EconLab at the University of Innsbruck.
