Cooperation with Practice
The Human Resource Management & Employment Relations team seeks exchange with representatives from business and society. To this end, various opportunities for exchange or active participation in university events are offered.
Through the model of the "HRM Förderkreis" we offer HR professionals an in-depth cooperation opportunity. In addition, the HRM Förderkreis aims at networking selected HR professionals with an interest in practice-relevant research findings with each other and with us as researchers.
In the context of the Innsbruck (HRM) Dialogues, we share with practitioners current findings from our own research and the HRM research community. In addition, we also invite representatives from the field to contribute their topics to the HR dialogues, which is an annual event.
