It was launched in Forskningsparken - Oslo Science Park in Norway on January 16th. This international collaboration will focus on developing innovative resources, including the Compliance Toolbox and the Compliance Framework, designed to help organizations navigate the evolving regulatory landscape in data and AI management. The initiative aims to create practical solutions that enable organizations to effectively incorporate compliance, privacy, and ethical considerations into their data practices.
The DataPACT Consortium consists of 18 partners from 15 countries forming a firm pan-European partnership developing synergies that strengthen each partner's individual expertise. The consortium consists of a balanced combination of R&D/technology providers, large companies, public bodies, SMEs, and legal/ethical experts that ensures advances in the state-of-the-art technology, high business impact, compliance, and agility in the delivery of results.
The coordinator of this project is Dr. Dumitru Roman a former PhD graduate at the University of Innsbruck.
