The 19th ACM Conference on Recommender Systems (RecSys 2025) took place in Prague from 22nd until 26th of September 2025. The ACM RecSys is the largest and most important conference in our field, with an acceptance rate of 20 % for short papers.
Best Short Paper Award:
"Beyond Top-1: Addressing Inconsistencies in Evaluating Counterfactual Explanations for Recommender Systems" by Amir Reza Mohammadi, Andreas Peintner, Michael Müller, Eva Zangerle.
Furthermore Eva Zangerle received the Distinguished Senior PC Member Award in appreciation of her commitment, leadership and exceptional contribution.
