Guest Lecture Shafi Gashi

On 12 May 2026, Shafi Gashi gave an informative lecture entitled ‘Albania’s Rich Cultural and Historical Heritage’, in which he spoke about the history of Albania and presented selected highlights from archaeological excavations. The lecture provided attendees with an insight into Albanian geography, contextualised contemporary politics, and answered questions about events from antiquity. The lecture took place as part of the Entangled Antiquities doctoral programme.
