Desi worked in the group of Gerhard Kirchmair and defended her thesis on " Fluxonium as an ancillary qubit for bosonic computation" on May 29th 2026. During her DK ALM PhD time, she spent time abroad working on research at LPENS, Laboratoire de physique, Ecole Normale Supérieure, FR and KIT, Karlsruhe Institute for Technology, DE.
