Keynote speakers

Prof. Denny Borsboom is a Professor of Psychological Methods at the University of Amsterdam. His research focuses on the conceptual analysis of psychometric concepts, the development of new psychometric techniques, and the formation of formalized psychological theory. His network-based perspective on psychopathology understands mental disorders as complex networks of interacting symptoms.

Prof. Susanne Ditlevsen is a Professor at the Department of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Copenhagen. Her research interests include statistical inference for stochastic processes, mathematical biology, mathematical modeling of physiological systems, and non-linear dynamics and mathematical neuroscience. Most notably, in 2023 she coauthored a paper predicting the possible collapse of the Atlantic meridional overturning circulation with dire consequences for the European climate.
