Congratulations to Ms Valentina Török, a founding and long-term staff member of DyME. The doctoral viva was held at the beginning of July 2017, by Prof. Ulrike Jessner-Schmid and Prof. Judit Navracsics from the Pannonian University of Veszprém, Hungary. Having passed her doctoral exam with summa cum laude, the DYME team celebrates a third PhD in its ranks. Congratulations!

DYME Members receive the Richard & Emmy Bahr Prize
In the first week of September it was announced that two DYME Members - Jeanette Betsch and Kathrin Oberhofer - would both be receiving one of the prizes of the foundation "Richard & Emmy-Bahr Stiftung Schaffhausen". These stipends are awareded to students who achieve excellence in their studies and who hope to pursue an ambitious project or goal with the help of this support. Students of history or German studies are usually given preference. Congratulations!
