The main objectives of the research are to apply methodologies of science in relation to current issues or to interpret the Islamic teachings in the context of modern intellectual and scientific progress. Various research activities in different subject areas are carried out in this regard. These include interdisciplinary research projects in cooperation with other institutes, as well as dissertation projects conducted within the department.
