Day of Scientific Computing 2026

AULA, Wednesday, 21 October 2026, 13:00–18:30

The Day of Scientific Computing 2026 is organized by the Research Area Scientific Computing. It brings together researchers and students working in modelling and simulation and presents these indispensable tools of modern science to a university-wide audience.

The event offers an overview of the available infrastructure, training opportunities, and support services. It provides a platform to learn about and discuss current developments in the field and highlights recent research results from our students in a poster session. The programme also includes the Best Poster Award (€ 1000) and the presentation of the Thesis Awards 2026.
