in case you are interested, independent of the COST Action, right after the COST general meeting, there will be the Locus Coeruleus meeting in the same venue. In this meeting, we discuss current methods for investigating the Locus Coeruleus in vivo in humans and animals, as well as current insights into its changed role in ageing and neurodegeneration and its role in regulating cognitive and other functions in the brain. As always, we aim for a very interdisciplinary meeting, involving methods experts, clinicians, researchers in human populations as well as animal models.
