Line 2 (Walserfeld-Airport-Bahnhof-Obergnigl) runs daily every 10/20 min from Salzburg Airport to the main railway station (23 min journey time). On Sundays and public holidays every 20 min. Tickets are available from the ticket machine or from the bus driver, only cash payment on the bus!
You will find the bus terminal in front of Salzburg main station. Take the national bus Bus route 140 to Mondsee (the bus stop "Leitnerbräukeller" is directly in front of the research institute in Mondsee). Fares: approx. € 7,- one way. Tickets are available directly from the bus driver, only cash payment on the bus!
