Benjamin Kremmel and Paula Winke (Michigan State University) have been appointed as editors for a new book series: Syllabi in Applied Linguistics.
This series aims to spotlight syllabus descriptions from applied linguistics courses and language teaching programs worldwide and will be published by the Applied Linguistics Press (ALP), a fully open-access, digital academic publishing house.

The goal is to foster openness, collaboration, and innovation in syllabus design and teaching practices. The idea for what will hopefully be a source of inspiration for many educators was forged during Paula’s stint as a Guest Professor at the University of Innsbruck in the last academic year.
Paula and Benjamin will also act as the volume editors for the first book in the series “Syllabi in Language Assessment”, for which chapter authors have already been invited.
