OSL dating of desert kite complexes at Mount Aragats, Armenia

This project investigates the enigmatic desert kites in Armenia’s Aragatsotn Province. At Aragatsavan and Tlik, we will establish chronology, construction, and use through OSL single-grain dating, sediment and soil analysis, archaeological excavation, artefact processing, and proxy correlations, clarifying the function of these large stone architectures and their cultural context.  (max 50 words)
