Information Integration for Prehistoric Mining Archaeology
With the use of high resolution digital elevation models we wanted to locate hence unknown prehistoric mining sites in the Tyrol and Salzburg. For information integration of archaeological research a conceptual modelling approach using the CIDOC CRM ontlogy was applied and a workflow developed to create Knowledge Graphs.
