Biography
Since September 2024 Veronica Greco has been a research assistant (university assistant) and PhD candidate of Prof. Dr. Francesco A. Schurr at the Institute for Italian Law (research area of Italian private law).
She was born in the province of Rome, but grew up in South Tyrol.
Veronica Greco attended the "Nikolaus Cusanus" high school with focus on languages in Brunico, which she graduated from with honors. She studied at the Leopold Franzens University of Innsbruck and graduated in 2024, completing the Integrated Diploma Programme in Law with a thesis on medically assisted reproduction under Italian family law.
Veronica Greco knows five languages. She was a scholarship holder at the European Forum Alpbach 2023, where she won the 17th edition of the Speakers' Night (rhetoric competition of the European Forum Alpbach). She is an alumna of the Salzburg Summer School on Global Comparative Private Law 2025.
She is an OER-Practitioner certified by the Forum Neue Medien in der Lehre Austria.
