Biography

Since November 2024, Alina Pobitzer has been a university assistant at the Institute for Italian Law at the University of Innsbruck, working under the supervision of Univ.-Prof. Dr. Francesco A. Schurr in the field of commercial and corporate law.

She completed her secondary education at a language-oriented high school in Bolzano, specializing in Russian, and earned her law degree in 2024. Her thesis, written from a comparative legal perspective, examined the reserved portion of inheritance and the concept of the geschlossener Hof.

For her doctoral research, Alina Pobitzer is focusing on issues of liability and accountability of corporate directors, particularly in connection with the use of artificial intelligence.
