Pre-Workshop Program - Wednesday 24.06.2026

On Wednesday 24.06.2026 from 13:00 to 17:00 there will be a Workshop Extension offered and organized by Stina Brogger, Monica Nadegger and Ellen Nathues: The Academy of Management Professional Development Workshop "Analyzing and Theorizing Raw Qualitative Data as a Collective".

Short Description: Much of interpretive qualitative analysis remains implicit, particularly in the early stages of exploring data for intriguing patterns, puzzles, and theoretical connections. Questions about relevance, interpretation, and analytical angles are often difficult to answer individually. This PDW therefore creates a collective space where scholars can jointly examine raw qualitative data on strategizing phenomena and develop new analytical insights. More Information.

At 19:00 we will organize an informal pre-workshop get together for all participants arriving on Wednesday.

In the morning of Thursday 25.06.2026 there will be a Paper Development workshop for PhD and junior scholars aimed at improving current papers. The call for PDW applications will be shared soon.
