The book of abstracts Breath Summit 2025 is ready!

  • Presentation aspect ratio can be either 16:9 or 4:3
  • It is crucial that speakers keep to the allocated times and length. Please check programme for actual timings, but in general:
    Plenary lectures are 40 minutes in length, followed by 5 minutes of questions.
    Invited Talks are 25 minutes in length, followed by 5 minutes of questions.
    Oral Presentations are 15 minutes in length, followed by 5 minutes of questions.

  • Please upload your presentation file (filename: SURNAME FIRST NAME 2025 Breath Summit) preferably by 5 pm on Friday 12 September, but at least one day before the presentation to one of the following file transfers:

    For the CCB talks there will be someone in the lecture theatre(s) at 8:30 am every day to check the presentations.

  • Audio-visual check: please check to make sure the presentation slides load properly before your session, especially if you have any audio or video files embedded in the slides.
  • Please check the final programme the day before your talk!

Dimensions of the posterwalls are :
Width: 3x 100 cm
Height: 201 cm
(There is space for 3 posters on each side)

Therefore the maximum poster size possible is:

Posters may be put up from Monday morning and left-up throughout the conference.

Poster sessions will take place in the afternoon of Monday 15 September (poster numbers 1-32) and Thursday 17 September (33-63)  Poster presenters are expected to attend their posters during their allotted poster session.
