To ensure ease of commuting, the company provides scheduled transportation services for associates between the hotel and the residential complex.

Aufgaben

  • Provide courteous, efficient check‑in/check‑out service and assist all guests with information and requests.

  • Maintain full knowledge of hotel policies, services, room types, rates, promotions, and daily operational details (arrivals, departures, VIPs, groups).

  • Handle guest reservations, registrations, payments, room assignments, messages, mail, faxes, wake‑up calls, and special requests.

  • Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly while maintaining positive relations and documenting all interactions.

  • Manage cashiering duties: process payments, adjustments, vouchers, deposits, and balance bank/receipts securely.

  • Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Bell, PBX, Management) to ensure accurate room status, smooth operations, and VIP/amenity delivery.

  • Prepare and distribute required reports, maintain logs, organize work areas, and ensure workstation readiness.

  • Process check‑outs, settle accounts, resolve disputes, handle late charges, and encourage guest feedback.

  • Support group arrivals/departures and manage overbookings, room changes, pre‑registrations, and cancellations.

  • Perform all assigned administrative tasks and additional duties as required.

Qualifikation

Requirements 

  • Be currently enrolled or recently graduated from a recognized university or institution, in a program related to Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or International Relations

  • Be a motivated individual seeking a valuable international experience and a career in luxury hospitality

  • Have an intermediate to advanced level of English (minimum B1/B2)

  • Show a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for service

  • Have a minimum availability of 6 months
