Would you like to offer students from the University of Innsbruck exciting insights into innovative projects, new career paths and attractive employment opportunities at your company, while demonstrating how and where theory is applied in practice at your premises?
In addition to offering high-quality content, this format aims to contribute to the University of Innsbruck’s relationship management strategy by connecting different stakeholders, such as students, employer representatives and alumni, as well as representatives of the faculties.
Regardless of whether subject-specific or interdisciplinary career excursions are offered, the format should fulfil the following requirements:
- Fulfilment of the scientific or subject-related requirements specified in advance - commercial advertising by companies is not desired
- Opportunities for subject-specific links with new or existing courses
- Knowledge transfer through project presentations, illustrations of methods, techniques or processes and more.
- Giving insights into your corporate culture, values, strategy and objectives, e.g. achieving SDGs
- Creating new or different opportunities to reflect on learning outcomes and acquired competences
- Opportunities for new research questions and partners
- Presentation and networking opportunities: directly at one of your locations
- Personal support: dedicated contact persons (before, during and after the event)
Online presentation of your company at the University of Innsbruck
- Logo presence on www.careerservice.at during the event period
- Employer profile on the Internship and job portal (profile can be created and updated by the company itself, offer unlimited in time, activation by the Career Service promptly after review)
- Publication of fair and qualifiedinternships via the Internship and job portal (advertisements can be placed by the company itself, activation by the Career Service promptly after review)
Media package
Event Promotion to students
- on the Career Service website: event will be advertised on www.careerservice.at in the form of an info box with the event name, company, date and time as well as a link to the corresponding website of your company
- on social media: Announcement on the Relationship management company page on LinkedIn
- in the Career Service Newsletter: article promoting the event in the Career Service Newsletter for students, which is published monthly (image and text, approx. 1,000 characters including spaces, articles must be sent by email at least one week before the dispatch date)
- in the event calendar: Announcement in the Calendar of events at the Innsbruck universities (University of Innsbruck and Medical University of Innsbruck)
Promotion during the event
- Advertising via poster stands: Placement of a poster stand in A1 format at the event location on the day of the event (stand will be provided by the Career Service)
Follow-up reporting on the event
- in the Career Service newsletter
- on social media: on the Relationship management company page on LinkedIn
- on the Career Service website: in the form of an article under "Rückblicke"
Central participant administration
- student registrations are processed in the university's central course system (LFU:online)
Conditions for booking
- You agree to cover all costs incurred for the organisation and implementation of the excursion.
- This includes, for example, the costs for the students' travel (bus journey) or any catering costs.
- The costs will of course be agreed with you in advance.
Price for the media package*
- For scope of services see under "Media package" flat rate worth € 750
*Career services at universities are subject to the regulations for commercial enterprises (BgA) and are therefore subject to VAT. The prices quoted are net plus 20% VAT. Our currently valid terms and conditions can be found here.
Payment Terms
The agreed fee is to be paid in full, without deductions or charges, within 30 days of invoicing to the University of Innsbruck's bank account as stated on the invoice, quoting the provided payment reference.
Changes to the scope of services
In the event of a mutually agreed extension of the scope of services, both the additional services and any resulting adjustment to the remuneration must be agreed upon in writing.
Binding period
This offer remains binding until the date specified for the respective event. Any changes requested by you shall only be considered binding if confirmed by us in writing.
