Elena Koll, MSc

Elena Koll was born and raised in the Salzburg region. After several successful years working in the tax consulting industry, she decided to study economics at the University of Innsbruck. There she completed a bachelor's degree in economics – management and economics – and a master's degree in accounting, auditing, and taxation.

During her studies, she gained valuable practical experience at a tax consulting firm and at one of the Big Four auditing companies, enabling her to combine theoretical content with practical insights.

From spring 2023 to September 2024, Elena Koll worked as a student research assistant with a focus on auditing at the University of Innsbruck. She has been working there as a university assistant since October 2024. Her dissertation focuses on the topic of sustainability reporting and assurance.
