Title: Influence of argatroban on viscoelastic tests: an in vitro and retrospective approach (Arg-Pro)

The main objective of this study is to relate argatroban levels to viscoelastic measurements describing clot formation, clot structure and fibrinolysis in an ex vivo setting (Part 1) and to retrospectively compare the results of the viscoelastic measurements with argatroban levels in critically ill patients receiving argatroban.
