On the 18th of Feburary 2024, some active members and one alumni of our Tectonics Research Group shared their passion for skiing in alpine terrain. They picked a beautiful and sunny Sunday with spring-like temperatures. After approaching the Steintalspitze from Haggen in Sellrain, they enjoyed their way down in all conditions they could ask for - powder, firn, crust, and slush. Beers and Knödel at Forellenhof perfectly rounded off this tour in stunning terrain and with great company.
