Curriculum Vitae

Andreas Kaschig was born in 1980 in Lutherstadt Eisleben. During his studies of Management Information Systems at the Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg he specialized in information and knowledge management, data base, controlling and e-business. He completed his studies in July 2008 with a diploma thesis about quality of service and service level agreements for web services.

 

During his academic program he worked for three years as an intern and working student within the BMW Group. At the BMW plant in Leipzig he acted at the interface between the Human Resources and IT Department and was occupied with dynamic web applications and data bases. For a period of six months he was employed in the Controlling Accounting and Tax Department of BMW of North America, LLC at Woodcliff Lake. He functioned as a team member supporting the implementation of the International Finance Template (IFT), a SAP ERP roll-out project, during the System Proposal and Business Proposal phase.

 

Since August 2008 he has been employed as a research assistant at the Information Systems Unit, Innsbruck University School of Management. He supports the EU FP7 IP MATURE research project by conducting and analyzing the empirical studies.
