HPC-Account für Mitglieder der Universität ohne Dienstvertrag / HPC Account for Non-Staff Members of the University

Wenn Mitglieder der Universität ohne Dienstvertrag (z.B. Studierende, Kooperationspartner) einen Account für die HPC-Nutzung benötigen, kann (und soll zur besseren Zuordnung) auch nach wie vor ein sogenannter "Funktionsaccount" erstellt werden.
Die Vorgehensweise ist dann so:

Anmerkung Stand April 2019:
Dieser Antrag ist nur für berechtigte Personen zugänglich (auf jeden
Fall LeiterInnen der Organisationseinheiten und wenn dem ZID gemeldet zumeist Sekretariate).
Hier benötigen wir zwingend Vorname, Nachname, Geburtsdatum der Person sowie das Ablaufdatum, optional gewünscht ist auch die Privatadresse. Bei Anmerkung bitte HPC dazuschreiben, keine weiteren Dienste ankreuzen.
Wenn der Account erstellt ist, müssen die HPC-Dienste mit dem
gesonderten Formular des "FSP Scientific Computing gemeinsam mit ZID"
beantragt werden:

Dieser Antrag wird vom Leiter der Forschungsplattform unterschrieben und
weitergeleitet. Sinn und Zweck ist hier unter anderem auch, dass die
Personen eine entsprechende Beratung für die Nutzung der Systeme
erhalten. Nach der Beratung werden die Dienste dann freigeschaltet.

Members of the University with no active employment at the University (e.g. students, cooperation partners) who need access to HPC resources of the University of Innsbruck should apply for a "Project Account" in their own name.
To get this type of account, please proceed as follows:

Note (as of April, 2019):
This form is accessible to administrative staff only (Head of Institute,
and in most cases, Secretaries).
The following data are mandatory: First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Expiry Date of Account. Please also supply your private address if possible. Unter "Notes" ("Anmerkung") specify "HPC", do not apply for any other services.
After the account has been created, apply for the specific HPC
services using the form
https://www.uibk.ac.at/zid/systeme/hpc-systeme/common/benutzerantrag.pdf.
This form will be signed by the Head of the Scientific Computing
Platform and forwarded to HPC staff. After an introductory briefing on
how to use the HPC systems, the HPC account will be activated.
