The 2025 European Disability Research Conference (ALTER) takes place at the University of Innsbruck from 8-10 July 2025. With over 160 speakers from 20 countries, it provides an excellent venue to learn about key developments in disability-related research, practice and policy in Austria, Europe and other parts of the world, including:

• Culture, history, and disability archives
• Disability knowledge and disability research
• Activism and campaigning
• Disability Futures
