Each summer, the University of New Orleans (UNO) conducts its “UNO-Innsbruck International Summer School” and brings approximately 250 US students to study in Innsbruck for six weeks. Students earn credits choosing from among almost 40 courses in Business, Humanities and Science.
While most courses are taught by US faculty members, there are opportunities for LFUI faculty to teach in this program. Interested LFUI faculty must be available for 6 weeks in the summer of 2024, from the beginning of July to mid-August. Classes are taught each day for six weeks, generally Mo-Th, and blocking is not possible. Fluency in English is required and experience teaching abroad is preferred.

Business: Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Business Administration
Liberal Arts/Humanities: Fine Arts, Art History, Music, Literature, Film Studies
Social Sciences: History, Political Science
Science: Geology, Environmental Science
