The first deadline for participant selection is 01.11.2019

Postdeadline applications for a second selection round of hot topics are still possible until Dec. 2 2020 !

The number of participants will be limited to about 100. We will inform you about your acceptance per e-mail. The conference package including 6-days in a double room with half board and transport from Innsbruck costs € 950.- (€ 800.- for PhDs if paid before 20.12.19, € 850.- later ) and will be due after you have received acceptance confirmation, which will contain also the bank connection. Your participation will be secured only after you have received notification of acceptance and we have received the conference fee from you.

We note that there are essentially only double and triple rooms available at the Obergurgl conference center. The conference will take place during high season and the ski resort of Obergurgl is fully booked during that time. If you wish to have a single room (at a higher price) or if you wish to bring along (an) accompanying person(s), please contact the conference organizers directly.

For application to participate please fill out the following form (all fields are required).

Prospective participants are strongly encouraged to present a poster. Please indicate tentative title of poster and give a short abstract  (<1000 characters, please use text only with no empty lines and "tex-style" format for symbols). Selected posters abstracts will be upgraded to hot topic presentations.

Invited speakers: please provide title and short abstract as well.
