Registration and Abstract Submission
Registration
All attendees must register to attend the conference. Registration has to be completed at our registration and submission portal. Notice, that the deadline for the lower registration rate is 26 June 2015 (see below). The registration procedure covers the following steps:
- Create a new user account to enter the registration and submission portal
- Edit user account details: provide name, affiliation, email address, etc.
- Register as participant: select full-week or single-day package and optional tickets for conference dinner and excursion
- Check registration confirmation email for payment information
- Pay registration fee by credit card (Visa/MasterCard) or bank transfer within 7 days
- Print out invoice and confirmation at the registration portal
- Remember user account to access participant registration details at a later time
Abstract Submission
Abstracts for oral and poster presentations have to be submitted at our registration and submission portal until 07 April 2015 at 23:00 CEST. To enter the portal use the same user account as for the registration. Authors should indicate their preferred type of presentation (oral or poster) and select topics that describe their contribution. The programme committee may decide to change an oral into a poster presentation or vice versa depending on the number of submitted contributions in each category. Authors will be notified about the committee's decision by the end of May 2015.
Fees
The registration fee (see below) includes admission to all sessions of ICAM 2015 for either 5 days (full-week package) or one day (single-day package). Up to two single-day packages can be selected per person. Drinks and snacks during the breaks and admission to the icebreaker party are included in the registration fee. Tickets for the conference dinner at the Villa Blanka (EUR 10 per person) and for the excursion to the Nordkette (EUR 25 per person) on 02 September 2015 are not included but should be selected already during the registration procedure. One extra ticket per regular attendee can be selected for an accompanying person. The ticket for the excursion includes a round-trip ticket for the cable railways of the Nordkettenbahnen. Lower registration rates apply for students. Please show your student ID card at the front desk.

Method of Payment
For early and normal registration, fees and tickets for the conference dinner and the excursion can be paid by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or bank transfer. Payment details will be sent automatically by email after registration. Credit card payments can be made from within the registration portal. For late on-site registration we only accept cash. Please bring the required amount with you.
