Content
This part-time continuing education course aims at persons, who are interested in individual, social and organizational changes and developmental processes and want to implement, attend or control them in their organizations. The continuing education course aims at providing the basis for successful employment as human resource developers or organization developers.
Target Group
Employees from all fields, who want to acquire human resources and organizational competence; executive forces with management responsibility for human resources and organizational questions; internal human resources and organizational developers, external advisers, coaches, supervisors and expert advisers.
Admission Requirements
- Admission to this continuing education course requires a secondary school leaving certificate or a qualified professional training. Additionally several years of relevant professional experience are assumed.
- Persons with completed apprenticeship training or a finished technical or vocational school education (BMS) have to give evidence of at least five years of relevant professional experience.
- Persons having passed a secondary academic school or a technical or vocational college (AHS or BHS) have to give evidence of at least three years of relevant professional experience.
