The right programme for me?




  • know the basic mechanisms and forms of interpersonal communication and interaction,
  • are able to deal with difficult emotions,
  • have acquired practical skills in conducting psychological conversations,
  • have a command of specific forms of conversation,
  • know about the functions and phenomenology of the various non-verbal modalities.



Target group

Persons who want to improve their everyday professional performance through

  • successfully designed group processes
  • improved communication behavior
  • a self-confident conduct
  • assertiveness in difficult conversation,
  • improved skills of self-reflection
  • professional dealing with oneself and with others.


  • completion of a study programme covering a minimum of 180 ECTS-Credits, or
  • proof of relevant competences due to professional activities, experience and achievements, e.g. completion of a secondary academic school or a secondary vocational school (AHS or BHS) and proof of several years of pertinent job experience, ideally including managerial work

Barbara Juen is a clinical and health psychologist and an expert in emergency psychology and crisis intervention. She has been the head of psychosocial services in the Austrian Red Cross for many years.
