E-Tutoring (en)

E-Tutoring @UIBK

What exactly is e-learning? Do you want to know how the learning management system at the University of Innsbruck works? Do you have questions about OER? When is it useful to use digital media? How do I make a screencast? These and many more questions will be dealt with in the e-tutor training in the 2018 winter semester.

The E-Tutoring@UIBK course offers the students a platform for engaging in active exchange on all topics relating to digital media. They design products for virtual teaching themselves and experiment with e-learning formats. In the upcoming 2018/19 winter semester, the Massive Open Online Course #MeKoMOOC18 (www.bit.ly/mekomooc) will be integrated as well.

The entire E-Tutoring training corresponds to 5 ECTS-Credits and is an intensive course over one semester. It consists of a blocked theory part for imparting the technical and didactical skills (which takes place before the start of the semester in September), a practical part (advising and supporting a course during the semester with media-supported know-how) and an accompanying colloquium for advanced scientific study.

More details are available in the course programme as of July 2018 (LV 179001 2018W) or here: www.uibk.ac.at/elearning/fortbildung/etutorinnen/
