AAL Solutions & Challenges: presenting 2PCS, its Benefits and Opportunities
Invitation to the 2PCS Side Event at the AAL Forum 2013 in Norrköping, Sweden
Besides our introduction and awareness creation of 2PCS to the AAL community, the main goal of the side event is to share our experience we have gained in the last 2 years and the challenges we have encountered on our way to meet our innovative 2PCS solution. We will highlight especially those challenges that are typically unforeseen during the first stages of the project, but have to be tackled eventually to be successful. Special attention will go to the integration of primary- and secondary end users and the development of the business models to increase the business opportunities to commercialize the 2PCS solution.
The consortium will start the session from the idea gathering phase all the way to the challenge of entering the market. As a result, we will show our solution during the event either by a “live” demonstration or video and invite potential end-users, customers, sales partners and stakeholders to bring in new ideas and insights to align and adapt the business and service model to their needs. The following topics are on the agenda:

- The project and its goals and challenges
- From innovation to Go-to-Market
- 2PCS’s experience with legal aspects
- 2PCS as a best practice AAL project
- Demonstration 2PCS (live) or video
- Open discussion
Following our side event, we would also like to take this opportunity to invite you for our “2PCS Evening Event" on Monday 23rd of September 2013 from 8.00 pm to 11.00 pm in Norrköping before the official AAL Forum opening on Tuesday 24th of September 2013. The idea of the informal 2PCS Evening Event organized by the 2PCS consortium is to already start getting to know each other personally as exhibitors, end-users, partners and stakeholders as well as to start enjoying the fun and insights that the AAL Forum 2013 will bring us.
