Application process
Applying for one the mentioned universities, you need to submit a written application to our secretary. You can only apply for a maximum of two universities and submit a list of preferences.
The application is composed of:
- A letter of motivation in the respective working language (English for Finland and the Netherlands) AND in German. If you apply for two universities, you need to submit two separate letters of motivation.
- A CV including a photo comprising information about your education, practical experience including internships, and foreign experience.
- Verification of your studies including evidence of language skills of the respective national language (English for Finland and the Netherlands).
Hints
Ideally, you attend your studies abroad in your 4th. or 5th. semester of your Bachelor studies.
During your master studies, a foreign semester is recommended for your 3rd.semester only.
Critical for your successful application are your present success of your studies and your language skills.

Submission of application: latest August 5th 2019
Announcement of nomination: August 12th 2019
Winter semester 2020/21:
Submission of application: latest February 28th 2020
Announcement of nomination: March 6th 2020

After the announcement of nomination, you will be supervised by the Büro für Internationale Beziehungen (http://www.uibk.ac.at/international-relations/). Complete applications for Erasmus have to be sent to the Büro für Internationale Beziehungen to Ms. Devich latest April 10. for the winter semester and September 10. for the summer semester.
