In 2011, Brand Research
Laboratory organized a Case Study Competition to introduce
Swarovski to international
marketing students of elected
European Universities by inviting them to develop marketing
solutions for the company. The case study revolved around the
strategic challenges of the brand like its international brand
perception, ideas for brand extension, and the enhancement of
the brand at industrial and final clients.
34 teams of more than 20
Universities sent their proposals, five of them made it to the
finals on 16th of June in Wattens, where they
presented their solutions to a jury of experts.
